but it's not allowed in PCW/CW or any kind of cups/events...

It's not legal in cups/leagues/events but in pcw i think it is? some of my mates are playing with it in pcw...

Are you sure about it's not allowed in cups/events? Because it doesn't change anything in the game, it's just the way it looks. For me the game feels more "smooth" if you know what I mean.

the only models that are allowed on lan tournaments are 1.6 and cz model fix..

i don't like them :/
when you throw a nade and want to switch, you make sometimes mistakes so your nade doesn't throw.
